Yes — all of it. Cancel any time before your Ferro One ships and we refund the full € 99 within five working days. One email is enough; no forms, no questions.
Batch 01 ships in spring 2027, in the order reservations came in. We confirm your delivery week two months ahead and send build updates from the workshop along the way.
Across the EU, the UK, Switzerland and Norway. In our 12 launch cities a mechanic delivers it fully assembled and sets it up for you; everywhere else it arrives 95% built, with the tools you need.
Yes. Turn the key under the down tube and the battery slides out — 2.9 kg, with a carry handle. It charges from any wall socket in 2.5 hours, or to 50% in about one.
There’s very little to service: the belt needs no oil and the hub motor is sealed for life. For brakes and tyres, our mobile mechanics come to you in launch cities and partner workshops cover the rest.
The integrated lock, alarm and eSIM tracking make it a bad target. If it disappears anyway, our recovery team tracks it down — and with Ferro Care, if we can’t find it within 14 days, we replace it.
