When do I pay?

For most stays you pay when you arrive. Some ask for a deposit; you always see which applies before you book.

Can I cancel?

Each hotel sets its own policy, and you see it before you book. Most offer free cancellation until two days before arrival.

What if something goes wrong?

Call the hotel — their number is on your confirmation. And we’re in Amsterdam too: our team answers 7 days a week, 8:00 to 22:00.

Why only Amsterdam?

Because we visit every stay before it goes live, and we can only do that properly in our own city.
